With the move to Office 365, there have been some changes to how your email is configured on your mobile device. The steps are easy.
- Delete your old exchange account. (Settings-->Mail, Contacts, Calendars--->Select Echange and press delete button at the bottom of the screen)
- Click "Add Account"
- Select "Exchange"
- Enter your email address (email@example.com) and password.
VIOLA!! That should do it. If it does not verify, then check your typing. You may have accidentally typed something incorrectly. If it continues not to work, you can add the server outlook.office365.com. As always, please contact the HelpDesk at 671-4444 if you need assistance.
